Going out to eat, buying a hot chocolate from Starbucks, window shopping, going to church, visiting National Trust Houses and gardens, going to charming British Cities and visiting Cathedrals and very old buildings. Going on holiday with my family, I feel a great loss, missing so much, but would rather stay alive. This menopause thing has given me 3 stones in 3 years, it’s v.bad. But I keep hurting myself doing exercise!!

Not worrying about getting sick because I go out somewhere and being able to go out and socialize. You see I was sick before the pandemic and I feel a bit robbed in my experience now of having to deal with that and also keep motivated and not negative and push people who are supposed to be closest to me away. I am a work in progress so I I keep reminding myself this and to know we all need to take each day one day at a time is relative to each and everyone of us.

The lock down has given me time to reflect and realise what’s important and what isn’t . Iv realises that my family friends and time to relax and enjoy life is more important than working long hours and spending time worrying about work . I am looking forward to leaving my full time job and finding a rewarding part time job and then having time to go out for lunch with friends spend the day with my mam and babysit my granddaughters.
