The Caria program is expert-designed and based on research-proven techniques to manage menopausal symptoms. • A guided audio session to learn evidence-based techniques like diaphragmatic breathing to reduce common symptoms
  • A quick 10-minute stretch routine to add movement to your day, relieve tension, and reduce symptoms like joint and muscular pain
  • A daily discussion to connect with the Caria Community and share the experience with other women in the program.

How to get started

  • Head to the “Explore” section of the app where you’ll find the new Program.
  • Tap on ‘Join the program’, complete the check-in, and provide your email ID

Trying to find the new program in ‘Explore’ and there’s nothing about a 40day menopause challenge in there, should I be looking for something else or do I need to wait a few days after selecting ‘let’s do this’? Help please!!!

    • Caria Team4 years ago

Hi Lynda, when you tap on 'Explore' the first thing you should see is the 'Program' tab - this is the 40 day menopause program. It's divided into sections by day, so you can begin by starting the activities listed under Day 1. You don't need to wait or take any other actions to join! Feel free to email us on support@hellocaria.com if you have any questions.

  • Katalin4 years ago

    Hi, This app is fantastic..?

  • Anuli4 years ago

I think menopausal and peri-menopausal women already have enough on our plate so my first thought was- not another thing to do. For me taking this on means I need to figure out what to drop rather than adding more to my backlog which is already heaving. Great idea to help women take time for ourselves but I need to strip away some stuff first. ?

I hate the menopause I’m angry all the time I cry at nothing I’ve had no period for 2 years sex makes me feel sick at the thought off it been married 38 years 3 kids 4 grandkids I’m 55 when will it end thank goodness I found this app hi all xx

    • Stephanie3 years ago

I can relate to you ???

    • Dee3 years ago

      Lol

    • Shaboo3 years ago

Same here! My angry outburst are out of control. I’ve had no desire to be close to any man. And oddly, even an air supply song I’ve heard for years, made me feel disgusted the other day. My best friend told me that the constant smell of body odor I’ve been smelling could actually be a known menopausal thing called phantom smell. Good grief, that’s a thing too?? Thus, I’ve begun looking for help.

    • Jess3 years ago

Same. Sometimes I cry so hard, I can’t stop and I work myself into panic attacks and start hyperventilating. I’ve had to take an Ativan to calm down.

    • Suz2 years ago

Wait… it doesn’t get better after you completely stop having periods? That’s what I’m looking forward to! No more periods:( I’m so sad to hear this.

Cliché but you really don’t know what you have until you lose it. What I would do to simply feel myself again.. I wouldn’t even care if I had a life, food, money, friends, anything! Just to feel myself again with none of these horrific life changing/ending symptoms!

    • Margie2 years ago

I have to agree! I miss me.

  • Lola3 years ago

Sick of menopause l. The hot flashes are unbearable followed by cold flashes. Brain fog horribleness

  • Lana3 years ago

I’m somewhat new to my next chapter. I find that I have a few different things happening to my ‘new’ life. I think the most I’m suffering with atm is hot flashes, also I have MS, so I’m warm all the time (great for winter). But I have a theory: I think I get hot flashes (& they’re killing me) when it would of been my monthly bleed! What does everyone else think?

  • Lonnalew3 years ago

I am so over this belly bloat, hot flashes, mood swing, joint pain, waking and not being able to go back to sleep crap! Oh let’s not forget the 20 pounds of extra weight that won’t go away no matter what I eat or how much I workout.

  • Mags3 years ago

I am here in this group, because I want to get my life back. I feel I’ve lost years not feeling normal. I’m ready bring it on.

  • Dina3 years ago

I have been taking Amberen for a year, it is a little pricey, but IT is Worth every penny, and It WORKS!! It’s not a Prescription, it’s a vitamin formulation, it does take a good 30 days to really start making you feel better, so don’t get discouraged, mood swings at hot flashes were gone within the first 5 weeks, along with bloating (Let’s be honest, we’re women, we are Mood Swings) but they do get better!! (get it at Costco 90 day Supply for same price as 1 mth in reg. Store) Take time for yourself, walk, watch what you eat, and don’t put the guilt and pressure on yourself for taking a nap, or eating to much chocolate in a day- just get back on track for the rest of your tomorrow’s !! We are Women, We Will Concur!! Peace & Love to All of you Goddess’s!!

  • Dee3 years ago

I’m 51. I started getting hot flashes a few years ago but just this year the sleep deprivation has kicked in and it is just awful. I get Night sweats , I toss and turn. First I’m burning hot then I’m freezing cold. I’m covering myself and uncovering myself all night long. The lack of sleep has affected my mental state (feeling extremely fatigue like I can’t go on and I am unable to think) and I’m afraid this is weakening my immune system although thank God I haven’t gotten sick. I try to eat healthy and eat less now. I cut back on sugar but it’s been no help. I am forgetting simple things that I normally wouldn’t. I don’t know what to do. My GYN told me to try CBD that contains CBG AND CDC for help with sleep but that stuff is expensive. She also suggested Siberian rhubarb so I bought a pack of pills from the Vitamin Shoppe but no progress as of yet. How am I supposed to live this way?

  • Meredith3 years ago

Hi there, I’m new here and would like to share my experience with menopause. I’m 56 and post menopause, no period for 3 years. I noticed my first symptom started few years ago when I woke up with stiffness in my fingers. Now, my hands and part of my body are stiffness but usually subside throughout the day. I also feel lacking of motivation and tired most of the time. The symptom is worsening at night with the feeling of heat radiating from my head to my back. I don’t have night sweats but the heat from my head prevents me from sleeping. So, I think lacking of sleep triggers the headache that only on the lower back left section of my head and it usually went away on its own. Currently what did help me get through the night is the gel ice pack. I wrapped with towel and put it underneath my pillow. I wish there’s something that I can take without side effects. I’m miserable..

    • HBM2 years ago

I invested in a Bed Jet to minimize my overheating at night. It has been a game changer! Check it out.

I see all these negative comments about wanting to support and wanting it to be over… so why are you here. Personally I want all the support I can get.

  • Red2 years ago

I’m 30 and I haven’t had a period for over two years now so the doctor has told me that I have been through the menopause m; yet he won’t investigate why… should he be? I didn’t think I would be going through this so early in my life.. I’m quite worried/emotional about it…

    • Beth2 years ago

I would get a second opinion. Find a gynecologist who will do an ultrasound of your uterus and ovaries. Side note: I always go to women doctors, particularly women gynecologists. They are much more in tune with what is going on in women’s bodies

  • Ann2 years ago

    Hi

  • Sandy2 years ago

I was reading everyone’s comments, please don’t panick! I feel God has everything under control, and if you just give all those things you feel to him, things will go much better, for some of us women is a part of life, but I will tell you what has helped me a lot! I go to a holistic Dr and she has helped me a lot! The pellets I get are made of papaya and other natural ingredients that work with your own body hormones, so I would look into that, then the rest like my mental awareness I give to God, I am a born again Christian so I pray a lot and it really helps I also read the Bible because it has so much to say about what you should eat and how your state of mind needs to be like and also how you should treat yourself and others, hope this helped, stay lifted lady’s and God bless you all in Jesus name 🥰 P.S if you need any scripture passage please let me know, just know we serve a mighty God and he is in control 😊
