Hypnotherapy is a trance-like state where you have heightened focus and concentration. A hypnotherapy session usually provides verbal repetition and mental images that help you feel more calm and relaxed. Hypnosis also helps you become more open to suggestions and creates an opportunity for your brain to learn new ways of managing stressors. It affects certain regions and neural pathways in the brain, changing the way our minds control perceptions from the body. Beyond stress reduction and controlling anxiety, hypnosis can help with pain, hot flashes, and mental health. One study showed that hypnosis helped significantly reduce the severity and frequency of hot flashes in postmenopausal women.

Hypnosis and SelfHypnosis has helped eliminate Migraines. Learning HeartMath has been valuable as well.
