I was wondering whether anyone else gets sudden heart palpitations, flutters and racing heart for no apparent reason. I’ve found this can come and go and sometimes can just be the odd one or sometimes can last a few days. It’s driving me crazy worrying, and I know worrying can make these things worse. Any advice would be good. I do know hormones can cause some of these things. I’m 54 and post menopausal. Thanks everyone.
