Great idea! There's so much I wish I'd known about menopause before I started. We need to raise more awareness like this so other women don't go through so much confusion.

Sent in my submission. The acid reflux chest pain and throat soreness is so debilitating. I lost two months being so ill. I can now move around but I cannot eat properly yet and still have a constant sore throat and the feeling of something stuck in my throat.

Camomile, citrus, or sage tea. See how you get on. Really not a camomile fan.

Just how quickly it would develop, ie over night it seemed. You think you are exempt from it and then boom, over night your world just implodes!

That doctors stop telling me I’m too young (49). I understand that if your periods started early, then so will the menopause

Doctors seem to be so misinformed... I have a friend who started her period late, age 16, and entered perimenopause age 38. There's no logic!

Wow, this is also my experience, and no family history of early menopause!

Wish I’d known about peri menopause before it started. I’d never heard of it before I started getting symptoms. GP said I was “too young” (38 now, started period at 10) but I’m not imagining the symptoms, they are VERY real! I feel so dismissed but Caria has been my lifeline!
